Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds T&C's

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we'll let you know if the refund was approved.

    The refund process takes 3 business days from receivable.

    You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, and notified by email with proof of refund.

    Please remember it may take up to 21 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

    Refunds for all items purchased with COD are issued in-store only.

    NUDRESS™ Gift Cards, made-to-order/made-to-measure/customized or personalized orders, face-masks, destination's custom duties/taxes & delivery/shipping fees are not refundable. 

    We do not offer refunds where products are not defective.

    Any refund claims that do not meet our policies, will not be accepted.

    How do refunds work with tabby (UAE & KSA only)?

    Once we accept your return, we'll receive your refund from tabby directly, Tabby will then register the return.

    Customers will be able to see the refunded amount back in the original card they used for purchase. This usually takes between 14-21 working days depending on the customer's bank. The refund will be automatically reflected on the customer's Tabby's account and any due payment related to it canceled automatically.
