What us your return policy?

We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you must submit your request within' 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    Any adjustments required that are included but not limited to length, cup size, and or considered as minor adjustment, will be done free and based on the adjustments required by the customer. We do not offer returns or refunds where products are not defective. 

        Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded; such as NUDRESS™ Gift Cards, made-to-order/made-to-measure/customized or personalized orders, face-masks, custom duties/taxes & shipping fees.

          We provide a FREE DHL return Express shipping labels for all our customers worldwide.

            Product are exchanged subject to the same amount which the item listed/bought for.

              Eligible returns and exchanges for all items purchased with COD are issued in-store only. 

                Any return/exchange claims that does not meet our policy, will not be accepted.
