Returns & Exchange

We sincerely hope you enjoy your nudress item, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. In the unlikely event of any problems with your dress, give us a shout at returns@nudress.com.

  • We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • We will not accept returns or exchange of face masks.

  • Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged products such as special made-to-order items or personalized items. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

  • We provide a free return shipping service on all our UAE orders to ensure a hassle-free returns and exchange process.

  • Any returns claim that does not meet our policy will not be accepted.

  • Items must be in its original packing & undamaged.

  • Returns and exchanges for all items purchased with COD are issued in store (UAE customers). For our international customers, we will arrange an overseas refunds through PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer.

At present, we do not provide returns labels for purchases outside UAE. Customers outside UAE can use any shipping method and send us your returns addressed to:
